This thing worked for me. I was skeptical. I read so many reviews before purchasing and it took me about a week to see the difference. It seems to be different for everyone to see the result so be patient. The biggest thing I noticed is that my breast got noticeably bigger (not fuller, but bigger) which goats rue is suppose to develope the mammary tissues. I used to pump until I saw nothing coming out but now no matter how much I pump there seems to be more milk to come out. I didn't notice a huge difference in how much I pump out - I think I have flange size issues. However, even not having to worry about milk running out has taken so much stress away from me. There is no one magic solution to producing more breastmilk. You need to hydrate, pump often, eat well, sleep well, etc. However this product definitely was a huge part of my milk supply increase and I would recommend you give it a try! I am currently taking the goats rue and the milk aplenty. Thank you Rumina. I am now a believer.

Love the products but have been waiting 3 weeks to receive my order that i rely on for lactation support.. while i do understand its a very busy time, 3 weeks is a little excessive. They still have not arrived :(
