The GINGER difference - a game changer for nausea in pregnancy.

The GINGER difference - a game changer for nausea in pregnancy.

Your Prenatal Shouldn’t Make You Gag

Why ginger might be the smartest ingredient in your prenatal.

You’re pregnant.

You’re supposed to be taking your prenatal every day.

But suddenly the smell of everything makes you nauseous—and swallowing a handful of vitamins is the last thing you want to do.

At Rumina, we wanted to do it differently.

That’s why Womb To Grow contains organic ginger.

And this isn't just because ginger has been traditionally used for an upset stomach.

Ginger has actually been studied in pregnancy.

And...the science is surprisingly strong.

A systematic review of 12 randomized controlled trials involving 1,278 pregnant women found that ginger significantly improved pregnancy-related nausea compared with placebo.

Another randomized trial involving 291 pregnant women found that ginger improved nausea, retching and vomiting symptoms, with results comparable to vitamin B6.

More recent evidence continues to point toward ginger's potential benefit—particularly for nausea, although the evidence for reducing vomiting is less consistent.

So no, we're not saying ginger will magically eliminate morning sickness.

We're saying there is real clinical research behind why we put it in Womb To Grow.

Because a prenatal should be designed for you, too.

Your body is changing. Digestion is changing. Appetite is changing. And for many women, nausea is part of the first trimester experience.

That's why we believe a thoughtful prenatal should consider both sides of the equation:

Nourishing the baby.
Supporting Mom.

Experience the difference - a  prenatal with purpose.

It's the one that was formulated with pregnancy itself in mind.

Womb To Grow

Nourishment for two. Thoughtfulness for one very important woman.
